Unfinished draft
This page is a starting draft, not legal advice and not reviewed by a lawyer. Every highlighted field below must be filled in, and the whole document should be reviewed by a qualified attorney in your jurisdiction before you take payments or collect email addresses.
1. Who we are and accepting these terms
This site is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], [ENTITY TYPE AND REGISTRATION NUMBER], of [REGISTERED ADDRESS] (“MacroTradeIQ”, “we”, “us”). By using the site or subscribing to any brief you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. The service is not directed at children and we do not knowingly accept subscribers under 18.
3. What you are buying
Pro is a subscription to a publication. It is not a managed account, a signal service, a trading room, a recommendation service, or personalised advice. See the Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.
4. Price, billing, and automatic renewal
- Pro is billed at the price shown at checkout, currently $24 per month or $199 per year in US dollars, plus any applicable tax.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
- We will send a renewal reminder to your subscribed email address before each renewal, at least [NOTICE PERIOD] in advance.
- Payments are processed by [PAYMENT PROCESSOR, e.g. Stripe]. We do not store your card details.
- We may change prices on notice of at least [NOTICE PERIOD]; the change applies from your next renewal, and you may cancel before it takes effect.
5. Cancellation and refunds
- You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Refund policy: [STATE YOUR REFUND POLICY, e.g. 14-day full refund on first payment].
- Consumers in some jurisdictions have statutory cancellation rights that these terms do not limit.
6. Your account and licence
A subscription is for one person. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read the briefs. You may not resell, republish, syndicate, share your access, or feed the content into any redistribution or automated product without our written permission. Brief quotations with attribution are fine.
7. Acceptable use
- Do not scrape, mirror, or bulk-download the site beyond normal reading.
- Do not present our content as your own, or as advice you are providing to others.
- Do not attempt to interfere with the site's operation or security.
8. Availability
We aim to publish on every US trading day but do not guarantee any publication schedule, uptime, or delivery of any particular brief or email. Missed or delayed publication is not a breach of these terms.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The site and the briefs are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MacroTradeIQ is not liable for any trading loss, lost profit, lost opportunity, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the briefs. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the [PERIOD, e.g. 12 months] before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify MacroTradeIQ against claims arising from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified to subscribers by email or a notice on the site before they take effect, and the “last updated” date above will change.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING LAW], and disputes are subject to [COURTS OR ARBITRATION FORUM]. [DECIDE WHETHER TO INCLUDE ARBITRATION AND CLASS-ACTION WAIVER, WHICH IS RESTRICTED IN SOME JURISDICTIONS].
